Seriously? "Let's go on vacation," he said. "It'll be fun," he said. Ricky was up at 3:17 stewing about getting to the airport on time. I got up at 3:55 and got started on the day. We did take time to 2-step around our suite to Pat Green's "Wave On Wave" just because we could. Then it was out the door to catch the shuttle to Terminal 2 for the Delta check in and bag drop. We had to walk a short way to Terminal 3 and thankfully found our gate pretty quickly. We found breakfast nearby. Now a two hour wait. 😴 Guess we got here in plenty of time.
This makes me happy!
I scored some bananas and an apple at the fruit stand. 5 hour flight, not sure there will be any food options for me so I'm prepared!
