Sightseeing in Edinburgh

Arthur Conan Doyle pub. He lived nearby and styled Sherlock Holmes and Watson on real life people he knew.
Maggie Dickson's Pub. As the story goes, she had a baby out of wedlock and the baby died. She was tried, convicted and hanged for concealing her pregnancy. On the way to the cemetery her friends discovered she was still alive. The court decided she couldn't be hanged twice for the same crime. She lived 40 more years!
"The Witchery" restaurant. They advertised haunted tours.
